Description
The cyclo, a pedicab that is unique to Saigon and no other cities in Viet Nam, is still in my memories. Whenever it rained, the cyclo driver draped a large canvas covering to shield the riders from the rain, but the driver himself was completely soaked. After the war, many former high-ranking officials and former officers in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam became cyclo drivers after having been imprisoned for years in the labor camps.
